# Stake $TA

* Enter the amount you want to stake and check the estimated rewards. Click 'Stake' to proceed.

### Unstake

* You can initiate an **Unstake** at any time, and you may unstake partially or fully.
* All unstaked funds will enter a &#x37;**-days cooldown (unlock period)**.
* After 7 days, you can manually **Withdraw**. You can withdraw your tokens through the Unstake Dashboard once the unstaking process is complete.
